Where is The Lapland Cabin Located? The cabin is located only 500 meters from amenities, like Restaurants, Ski Shop, Ski Bus, Supermarket.
What is there to do in Lapland? Lapland Holidays give you so much to choose from. There is Reindeer Rides, Husky dog safaris, Ice climbing, Skiing, Cross country Skiing, Lapp Village, Horse riding in the snow, Fishing, Snowmobiles just to name a few and that is without visiting Santa Park, Ice hotel, etc.
What is the Cabin Like? There are many cabins available in Lapland and the beauty of some of them is that they are located privately and are not overlooked. Our cabin is located in a secluded place where the living room looks out over the beautiful forests of Lapland The one special attribute the cabin has is the location, it is situated close to all the local amenities like the supermarket, ski bus, snow fun safaris, restaurants, medical centre, animal park and many many more. Taxis will be required if you are traveling further afield to the Ice Hotel for example but most activities and cross country tracks are within easy reach of the cabin which creates much more fun for the children. There are many sleighs dotted around the village that you can use and when you arrive at the cabin there will be a stock of sleighs ready to be used. Are Clothes Provided? If you book your cabin with us. We put you in touch with our agent that looks after the cabin for us in Finland. The agent will supply you with Lapland Winter clothes for you to stay warm. You can also get cross country skis and hire snowmobiles from them. They can arrange Lapland trips. The lapland trips consist of all the usual, huskies, reindeer etc.
We find it useful for tourist on holiday in lapland to have a base to go to if you need to ask any question they are there to help you. You want to make the most from your Holiday in lapland.
What is the supermarket like in Yllas. The Yllas supermarket in Lapland is about a 5 minute walk from the cabin and is a huge supermarket equiped with most things you would get back home. There is a pharmacy located inside along with many other shops selling selected items and clothes. If you fancy eating in the Cabin is well equiped for cooking and the Lapland specsupermarket stocks well known brands as well as ialities.
